Matt McMahon acts as a Project Manager. He is currently involved in managing several office and industrial projects throughout the Southern California region. Mr. McMahon is capable of handling all phases of the development process from land acquisition, venture structuring, financing, and construction, to lease-up and sales.

Mr. McMahon has eight years of professional experience in the real estate industry in both brokerage and project development. Prior to coming on board at McMahon Development Group, Mr. McMahon spent 4 years working with the San Diego office of Grubb & Ellis representing Owners and Tenants on a number of lease and sale transactions. In 1998 he was awarded San Diego County's "Rookie of the Year" Award, which is presented to the highest ranking salesperson who best represents excellence in client service, professionalism, and integrity. His background in brokerage gives him the experience to effectively handle the marketing, lease-up and sales stage of each project he is involved with.

Mr. McMahon graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business Administration. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
