Jeff Wissler acts as a Senior Project Manager for our firm. He is currently involved in managing various projects, which include retail, office and industrial elements. Mr. Wissler is also involved in seeking new business and developing relationships with users and brokers involved in the build to suit arena.

Mr. Wissler has thirty two years of professional experience in the real estate industry in both brokerage and senior project managerial roles. He acted as a leasing agent for the Honolulu office of Grubb & Ellis for four years where Mr. Wissler was responsible for marketing and leasing 500,000 square feet of Class “A” office space.

In 1979, Mr. Wissler moved to San Diego and went to work for a local developer involved in commercial and residential project development. In 1986, he became a senior project manager for the development arm of a major savings and loan institution in San Diego. In 1993, this company was taken over by the RTC and all of the institution's assets were liquidated. Mr. Wissler then operated his own real estate brokerage and consulting business, Talmadge Properties, until his affiliation with McMahon Oliphant Properties in April 1996.

Mr. Wissler has been involved in the brokerage, marketing, development and disposition of 1,000,000 square feet of office product, 850,000 square feet of industrial product, 350,000 square feet of retail product and the entitlement and development of over 330 acres of commercial/industrial land. He also worked with the RTC in the management, settlement and disposition of twelve major assets with a value in excess of $80,000,000.

Mr. Wissler graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Business/Humanities. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and is affiliated with several local real estate chapters.
