Eric Magnuson has over 20 years experience in commercial and residential development, commercial and residential real estate finance and commercial real estate brokerage. For the last thirteen years he has been part of a development team that has completed in excess of 50 projects that have had a total value greater than $500,000,000. The projects were primarily office and industrial build to suits or speculative throughout the United States. The build to suits were developed on behalf of tenants such as the FBI, DEA, INS, Cox Communication, Unisource Worldwide, Inc. and L'Oreal.

Mr. Magnuson's expertise includes project acquisition, project feasibility, financial analysis, lease negotiation with private and government entities, project capitalization and asset management.

Mr. Magnuson graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP.
