Andrew M. Gracey has project responsibility for all aspects of development, including project identification, feasibility analysis, venture/equity and debt relationships, architectural, engineering and vendor management, entitlement, construction management and marketing. He is managing various speculative and built-to-suit projects through out the country, which includes retail, commercial and industrial elements.

Mr. Gracey has over Seventeen years of professional experience in real estate, construction and project management where he served as the in-house owners representative through his career to various companies in the automotive, computer and consumer sporting goods industries. He has been responsible for over $200,000,000 in real estate development transactions and capital improvement projects.

Prior to joining McMahon Development Group, Mr. Gracey was responsible for the Corporate Real Estate at Callaway Golf Company from 1994 to 2001. His responsibilities included site selection and acquisition, contract negotiations, facility planning, architectural and engineering design, project budgeting/scheduling, entitlement processing, construction management, FF&E procurement and installation, lease management, financial and legal interface, brokerage, strategic planning, staff management, asset management, consolidations and dispositions for approximately 1,000,000 square feet of office, retail, manufacturing, R&D, warehousing and distribution with locations in U.S., Canada, England, Japan, Korea and Australia.

Mr. Gracey is experienced in designing and constructing a wide variety of projects including: complex manufacturing facilities, casting foundries, clean rooms, data centers, distribution centers, full service cafeterias, child care and fitness centers, call centers, training facilities, Class A office and the installation of over $75,000,000 in manufacturing/office equipment. Some of the building equipment installed included 3,800-ton process water systems, thermal oxidizers, dust collectors, automated material handling, 12kv electrical systems, 6 megawatts of backup power generators, fire suppression systems, fiber optics and building control systems.

Mr. Gracey was born and raised in Michigan. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Business Administration. He is a past member of IFMA and IDRC. Mr. Gracey enjoys spending time with his family and time on the golf course further developing client relationships.
